Role Summary: To carry out maintenance and ensure safe operation of all Parish Council Property, including buildings and open spaces. Ensure the safety of Play areas and work with maintenance contractors to ensure that Parish Council property is maintained to a good standard, interacting positively with residents and the wider community. Work with the Council, other members of staff and the Parish Clerk in respect of new property-related programmes and projects.
